Biography
Dr. Jan Wiacek is a board certified physician in family medicine who has served our community’s families for over 20 years. Dr. Wiacek speaks four languages including English, Polish, Russian, and Ukrainian, allowing him to create sustainable relationships with Community First’s multigenerational patients. His medical philosophy extends beyond diagnostic tests and treatment, because he believes that true healing comes through listening to a patient’s concerns and addressing their specific needs.
