This is to announce that Addison Central Pharmacy

will be permanently closed down on Friday,  July 29th.

Between today and July 29th, Addison Central Pharmacy

will be open only on Fridays (July 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th) to assist

our customers with transferring their prescriptions to their preferred pharmacy.

Please organise ahead of time with the pharmacist to pick up any outstanding medicines

and coordinate the transfer of your prescriptions.
