Volunteer Program
Volunteers are special people, called to a service of healing at Community First Medical Center – where the gifts, the power and the worth of one person’s care for another is as important as the clinical technology we use in the overall healing process.
Qualifications
Volunteers have been providing support to staff, patients and their families since 1968. There are two categories:
Teen: men and women 16-17 years of age
Adult: men and women 18+ years of age
A minimum of four hours of service weekly for at least three months is requested.

Volunteer Activities
Volunteers work under the supervision of the Volunteer Department or a member of the hospital staff and serve in most areas of the medical center.
